The short version: no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking — on this website and in the app. Everything that exists is listed below, and it is not much.

This website

Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, Vercel processes your IP address and standard request data (server logs) to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating the site, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Transfers to the USA are covered by Vercel's data processing agreement including the EU standard contractual clauses. Vercel's own policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Local storage. The playable demo on the home page stores two values in your browser: your best streak and whether sound is on. They stay on your device, are never transmitted anywhere, and disappear when you clear the site's data. No cookies are set.

No third parties. Fonts are self-hosted. The site loads nothing from other servers and embeds no external content.

Beta invites. If you request a TestFlight invite, the email address you enter is stored with our hosting provider (Vercel, see above) and used only to send you the invite and one note when the app launches. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — withdraw it any time with a mail to hello@momori030.com. Addresses are deleted once the launch note is out.

The app

Rock Paper Twist for iPhone runs without accounts and without a backend of ours. We collect no personal data through the app. Leaderboards use Apple's Game Center: your scores and Game Center profile are processed by Apple as described in Apple's privacy policy. Everything else — practice results, statistics, settings — is stored only on your device.

Email

If you write to hello@momori030.com, the address and the content of your mail are used to answer you and are deleted once your request is done, unless a law requires keeping them longer.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask for processing to be restricted, object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. You can also complain to a data protection authority. For all of it, one mail to the address above is enough.
